Sukriti Bhati, Special Counsel

Sukriti graduated from University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in 2011 and was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the South Australian Supreme Court in 2012. She also completed a Masters in Law (Applied Law Wills and Estates) in 2022.

Prior to joining Orman Solicitors, Sukriti practised for several years in Wollongong and Sydney at different firms specialising in Family Law, Succession Law and Wills & Estates. Sukriti takes pride in resolving matters in a cost effective, efficient and approachable manner. She has dealt with a number of complex matters.

Sukriti specialises in all areas of Family Law and can assist you with parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance claims, child support matters and applications for divorce. Sukriti has also participated in complex Estate litigation matter. Sukriti understands the emotional and financial toll that legal matters and particularly Court proceedings can cause on clients and is dedicated to working closely with her clients to settle matters out of Court through negotiation and/or mediation wherever appropriate.

In Sukriti’s spare time she loves painting, reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
